How Does the Endowment Work?
الوقف الإسلامي لا يُنفق أصله — بل يُنفق غلته. الأصل محبوسٌ للأبد، تنمو عليه الثمار جيلاً بعد جيل.
An Islamic Waqf does not spend its principal — it spends its yield. The principal is permanently held, and its fruits grow generation after generation.
The One-Fifth Rule — The Engine of Immortality
من كل غلة صافية، يُعاد استثمار الخُمس في رقبة الوقف — حتى يصل إلى خمسة أضعاف أصله أو تمضي سبع سنوات هجرية، ثم تزاد رقبته. هذا هو السر الرياضي لاستمرار الوقف عبر قرون.
From every net yield, one-fifth is reinvested into the endowment's principal — until it reaches five times its original value or seven Hijri years pass. This is the mathematical secret of the endowment's survival across centuries.

* Clause 2-3-1 (20% for leadership development & state protection) activates after 10 years or when the corpus reaches 500× its original value — executed through Rushd for Development Foundation Labs.
The Endowment Never Dies
نصّ الوقف صراحةً: إن انقضى جميع أفراد الأسرة والذرية — لا سمح الله — فإن حصتهم تنتقل بالكامل إلى مصارف دراسات السياسات والبحث والتطوير. المهمة تبقى. الوقف لا ينتهي.
The deed states explicitly: if all family members and descendants are ever extinct — God forbid — their share transfers entirely to the policy studies and R&D allocations. The mission continues. The endowment never ends.
