The Supervisory Council oversees the endowment in accordance with the founding deed and the provisions of Islamic Waqf law. The Founder, Dr. Abdulrahman bin Nasser Al-Khorayef, serves as Nadhir (Trustee) personally during his lifetime and while of full mental capacity.

The Advisory Council is a consultative body that provides strategic guidance to the endowment and supports its journey toward fulfilling its mission.

The Sharia Board reviews the endowment's decisions and ensures their alignment with the provisions of Islamic law.

The Advisory Council of the Board of Trustees [Steering Committee of Rushd Foundation for Development] is a high-level oversight body formed within the institutional governance framework of Rushd Endowment. It is responsible for guiding general policies, ensuring strategic alignment, monitoring performance, and removing obstacles that may face the implementation of the endowment's qualitative disbursement channels.
